How can I order catering?
Please order catering services via our shop. Start by selecting your event location. Our products are classed in different categories. Choose your category, e.g. Coffee Break, and add to your shopping basket. You can find a detailed instruction here.
Do I need a Cost Centre reference to place an order?
If you are planning an in-house Roche event, you will need a Cost Centre reference for invoicing.
For private or external orders, simply indicate your invoice address and enter "-" in the "Cost Centre" field.
Can I place a private order?
Of course! Simply let us know the address for the invoice.
Can I place an order for someone else?
Yes, no problem! In the "Invoice Address" field, indicate the address of the person for whom you are ordering.
Where can I have my catering order delivered?
You can have orders delivered to different venues. You can view a list of all rooms here. Please note that room reservations must be made separately.
Do I need a login?
You can order without a login. But it's worth setting up a login if you order on a frequent basis. With a login, your details are saved (no need to re-enter them each time) and you can also view past orders.
Where can I see my orders?
Log in and you will be able to see all your orders. Please note that you cannot view orders placed without a login.
Can I resubmit a past order?
Of course: in your account, go to orders, select the old order and click on "View Order", where you will see an option to add the order to your basket again.
Where can I modify my profile
To change your personal information, click on "Account" in the menu bar at the top and select "Profile".
I have a food allergy – where can I specify this?
Please let us know about food allergies in the "Remarks" field.
What about delivery costs?
Delivery is free on the Roche campus. A fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged for deliveries outside the Roche campus.
I noticed an error in my order – what should I do?
No problem, just give us a call on 041 792 35 80 or send an email to catering.quadra (at) eldora.ch.
I'd like to order for delivery to several venues – can I do that?

How do I reserve tables at the Quadra and Q?

How far ahead should I order – are there last-minute surcharges?
There are no last-minute surcharges. Short-notice orders must be placed by telephone and we may not be able to provide you with our full range of options.

1 – 50 guests 2 days before the event
51 – 100 guests 5 days before the event
100+ 10 days before the event
How can I cancel an order?
Send us an email or, even better, give us a call to cancel your order. Please note the following cancellation deadlines and charges:
0 to 24 hours before the event 100% of order
25 to 47 hours before the event 50% of order
48 hours before the event no charge
How/where can I obtain guest vouchers?
Guest vouchers are available from the cash desk in the Cafeteria only. You may, as usual, allocate them to a Cost Centre reference for invoicing.
